The following Terms of Service apply to the temp-email.me free-to-use website, hereinafter “TEMP-EMAIL,” based on the URL https://temp-email.me, and the temp-email.me premium service on the web, hereinafter “TEMP-EMAIL PREMIUM WEB.”

TEMP-EMAIL is committed to protecting your privacy. Please read our privacy policy at https://temp-email.me/contact-us.

By using this service, you agree to the following terms. TEMP-EMAIL makes no warranty of reliability or suitability for any purpose. Its availability or existence may be removed at any time by its owners. Any email sent through TEMP-EMAIL may or may not be available for viewing, may be altered, and is immediately viewable by any user of the system. You agree to only access TEMP-EMAIL data through the temp-email.me website.

The TEMP-EMAIL functionality is free, but additional features are available on TEMP-EMAIL PREMIUM WEB (after subscription/payment).

You agree not to use TEMP-EMAIL directly or indirectly for any unlawful purpose. You agree that any email you send to TEMP-EMAIL or induce others to send will become public domain once in the TEMP-EMAIL system with no expectation of privacy for email content.

You agree not to use the public TEMP-EMAIL system to receive, store, or view emails containing private or confidential information. You understand that TEMP-EMAIL has no control over material placed into mailboxes.

You agree to hold TEMP-EMAIL harmless from any damages caused by loss of emails, content within emails, damage to your device from viewing emails, or direct or indirect use of this system.

You agree that you cannot send email using TEMP-EMAIL, only receive. The free service handles a high volume of emails per hour. Therefore, you agree that emails can be stored for up to 1-2 hours, and domains may be subject to change. You agree not to use temporary emails for registering important accounts or receiving sensitive data. TEMP-EMAIL will have no ability to restore emails or domains once removed.

You agree that TEMP-EMAIL PREMIUM WEB uses the https://paddle.com/ platform for authorization and payments and is available on desktop web only (no cross-device experience on mobile apps). TEMP-EMAIL PREMIUM WEB is a temporary disposable email service and not traditional fully-functional email software.

With the Free Version of temp-email.me, You Can:

  • Access a free domains list;

  • Generate a new email address instantly;

  • Copy to clipboard or use QR-code;

  • Change email names;

  • Receive emails and attachments automatically;

  • Get browser notifications for new emails;

  • Read incoming emails, including attachments;

  • Download sources (.EML), including attachments;

  • Quickly delete and/or generate new email addresses.

With the Premium Version of temp-email.me on Web, You Get Extra Features, Including:

  • Multiple mailboxes: Access up to 10 mailboxes simultaneously, with the ability to switch between or delete them as desired;

  • Premium domains: Access a special list of non-blacklisted domains, checked for quality daily;

  • Extended email storage: Unlike the free version (2-hour storage), premium emails are stored for 1 month;

  • 100% private address with full ownership;

  • Seamless functionality within the web browser;

  • Enhanced privacy and security;

  • Premium support: Faster support with a dedicated team;

  • No ads: Premium version is 100% ad-free.

TEMP-EMAIL PREMIUM WEB Subscription

The premium version unlocks additional features and is billed as an auto-renewing subscription with the following prices:

  • Monthly: $10

  • Yearly: $60 (50% discount)

Prices are in U.S. dollars, may vary in countries other than the U.S., and are subject to change without notice. The exact price in your country is available in the payment window and can be reviewed before subscribing. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Payment will be charged via your credit card or PayPal through the paddle.com platform upon confirmation of the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription, and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to your Account Profile after purchase.

Changes to Price Terms for Subscriptions

TEMP-EMAIL PREMIUM WEB reserves the right to change its pricing terms for subscriptions at any time and will notify you in advance of such changes becoming effective. Changes to pricing terms will not apply retroactively and will only apply to subscription renewals after such changes have been communicated. If you do not agree with the changes to TEMP-EMAIL PREMIUM WEB pricing terms, you may choose not to renew your subscription.

Canceling Subscriptions or Turning Off Auto-Renewal

You can cancel your subscription’s auto-renewal at any time by following these steps, and you will continue to have access to premium content until the subscription’s expiration date:

  1. Log in to your TEMP-EMAIL PREMIUM WEB account.

  2. Navigate to the PROFILE section.

  3. Click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.

Future Functionality

You agree that your purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by TEMP-EMAIL regarding future functionality or features.

Warranty Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty that the services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the presence of specific domain names or addresses in the service or the storage of already-arrived emails.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless TEMP-EMAIL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
